Upcoming Event – A Fall Picnic Hike Saturday, November 9th, 2013 from 2pm to 4:47 pm. Join naturalist and author Roger Fulton on a 4.0 mile round trip nature hike at the Lime Hollow Nature Center near Cortland, NY. We will hike 2 miles down the flat and open Lehigh Valley Trail to a picnic pavilion at a small town park. We can enjoy a short picnic at that site and head back 2 miles on the same Lehigh Valley Trail. We’ll be checking out the flora and fauna of the area as we go. I am sure we will find some very interesting things along the trail through the various habitats. We shall be back at the nature center at 4:47 pm, sharp, since that is the time of sunset on that short day. Meet at the Nature Center at: 338 McLean Rd., Cortland, NY 13045 at 2 pm.
