Bicycling New York

The snow is gone from the lower trails and it's time to get out the bicycle and start enjoying Spring.

We can help. We've written two NY bicycling guides; one for the 1000 Islands Region of the St. Lawrence River valley; and one for the Lake George, NY region. This summer we will be working on one for the Saratoga springs region as well.

You can access our NY bicycling guides at: http://rogerfulton.com/ecotours/NYBooks/NYTrailGuides.htm

Thanks for stopping by and get out there and enjoy those great trails.

Roger

Lake George Outdoors Series - April 27th

April 27th, 7 pm – In Search of Spring Wildflowers
Roger Fulton, noted Common Man Book author and outdoorsman, and Diane Collins, a local wildflower photographer, have teamed up to write a wildflower book for our area. Their unique approach includes GPS readings to help you locate exotic spring wildflowers along ten trails in the Lake George Region. In this Powerpoint presentation they will present highlights of what they found in their research, and will tell you where to go to explore the ever-changing world of this region’s more exotic and common spring wildflowers. Join Roger and Diane in the Community Room in Crandall Public Library on Monday evening, April 27, at 7 PM for a slide show presentation as part of the Lake George Outdoors series. Red Fox Books will also be on hand with all of the regional Common Man Exploration series of books available for sale and signing by the authors.
